I purchased this on Monday 9-16-24 and now this is Thursday 9-19-24 and I have yet to get it downloaded. Probably looking to get a refund. I recently had given a very low rating but after working with the owner of Vectortshirtdesigns she was very knowledgeable and was able to work thru the download problems that I was having. Admittedly I did leave a negative review originally snd the file was just a complete mess and not usable but il give the owner of this store their due they did email me and ask if they could fix the issue I had with the file... she did fix it and it's now perfect! After I spent an entire day on the original file and still couldn't use it i was angry I had wasted the money... I'm sorry and your customer service is absolutely worth every penny! Thank you for helping me!!!

I bought this to add the svg to my nephews tshirt... its not usable... too many tiny pieces that although they're same colour aren't attached or welded so when you cut nothing is where it should be

Hi Debbie - I just checked the file, and the entire design is there. Half the design is in white, so if you're previewing it on a white background you wouldn't see it. I will send you an email as well, but if you select the entire design, you will see the outlines for the pieces in white. Thank you!
I was having trouble editing the file for my Cricut Design Space. Your support team took it a step further and edited the file for me.
I originally posted a one star review due to the fact that the file I downloaded would not work on my CRICUT machine. Nicole was very quick to get back to me to solve and resolve the problem and has now provided me with a great file that works wonderfully.
Downloaded the link and it was the wrong one requested. Was looking for black nurses rock and the download said dad fuel. Very unsatisfied

So many designs, easy to use, look great
I wish that the colors would have been grouped! I was trying to only just get pink portion but had to delete all the other pieces ons by one. I love the design but I had a hard time using this with cricut. The file was too big… long delays after each click.
